Here are your payment options:

If you are a company and:

• registering by mail, you may pay by check, credit card, or invoice.
• registering by phone, fax, or online, you may pay by credit card or invoice.

In order to invoice your company, we will need a purchase order number.  If your company does not use purchase orders, we require an authorizing signature from your supervisor. This form will be faxed to you for completion.

If you are an individual and:

• registering by mail, you may pay by check or credit card.
• registering by phone, fax, or online, you may pay by credit card.

We are unable to invoice individuals.

If you are a dislocated worker and:

• registering by mail, fax, or phone, you will need your counselor to complete and fax us an authorization form which will secure payment and your registration. Our fax number is 651.224.5092.   Learn more.
